Until 2:00PM CST, Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at which time bids will be opened in the main conference room at the Mobile Airport Authority Administration Office at 1891 9th Street, Mobile, AL 36615 and read aloud. All bids received after that time will be returned unopened.

Project consists of the full depth concrete apron reconstruction and associated drainage improvements at the Mobile International Airport in Mobile, AL. The scope of work generally includes the installation of approximately 42,000 SYD of 16-inch Portland cement concrete pavement on a 6-inch lean concrete base course and select fill material, removal of existing concrete apron pavement, installation of Class V round drainage pipes, installation of new aircraft-rated drainage structures, pavement marking removal and installation, and all associated erosion and sedimentation control measures.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 18, 2024 at 2:00PM (CST), in the main conference room at the Mobile Airport Authority Administration Office, 1891 9th Street, Mobile AL, 36615. This pre-bid conference is recommended to be attended by all prospective bidders and will be the only opportunity for prospective bidders to visit the project site prior to bid opening.
